Terms of Service

Mesh CRM provides a multi-tenant AI messaging agent for businesses across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, with grounded answers from your knowledge base and clean handoff to your human team.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to bind the business you represent.

You agree not to use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass or deceive, to violate any law, or to infringe others' rights. You must comply with the platform policies of the messaging channels you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Messenger/Instagram platform policies.

We may suspend automation or an account that violates these Terms or a channel's policies, while preserving your audit history.

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Plan limits (messages, tokens, tool and retrieval calls, and workspace resources) are enforced by our backend. Provisioning occurs only after payment succeeds or a trial is approved. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service, including its software and brand, is owned by Meshever. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing outputs where accuracy matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy and Data Deletion policy at /legal/data-deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
